Think about your favorite choices. Everything you love. That amazing restaurant, those sneakers, the trip of a lifetime, that unique city, your stylist or that sport you enjoy so much. I'm sure you have a good reason for choosing them and I'm sure you think you'll never change them. But think about it. Tomorrow something you like better might cross your path. Something like the new Audi A3. In the end, all we must do to find a new favorite is to go out and give it a try. It's time to Press Start.
The spot plays with the ideas of favorites – your favorite city, restaurant, hairdresser, shoes etc and makes the point that to try something other than your usual preferred option – including, of course, your motor – is the cool thing to do. It’s a phenomenally simple idea, but is executed so well by director Marc Corominas, of Blur Films, that the viewer is happy to go along for the ride.
The campaign covered TV, print, outdoor and online marketing that included a partnership with Trip Advisor to create pulsastart.es, a website that generates routes comprising the highest rated Spanish attractions.
